A Note from Jessica

It is with mixed emotions that I share some significant news regarding my role at OutLash and SkinLAB. After more than 10 wonderful years serving you behind the lash bed, I have decided to take a significant step back from the client-facing side of the business. Effective January 1, 2024, I will only be seeing clients at South Trail on second Thursday of each month. My weekly capacity at Victoria Park will reduce to eight clients per week between Monday and Wednesday.

This decision has not been made lightly, and I want to assure you that it is driven by a deep commitment to elevate the overall experience at OutLash and SkinLAB. Over the years, your support and loyalty have played a crucial role in our success, and for that, I am truly grateful.

By stepping back from the day-to-day client interactions, I am redirecting my focus toward working on the business itself. This shift will allow me to explore new opportunities, enhance our services, and ensure that OutLash and SkinLAB continues to evolve and thrive.

My team is well-prepared and dedicated to providing you with the same level of excellence that you have come to expect.
